- In this Sims 4 stop motion build video I will show you how to create a luxury home for a millionaire, celebrity or just a very rich family. This chic cottage includes four bedrooms and five bathrooms, spacious kitchen, a few living rooms, private cinema, and also a spa complex with pool, massage room and bar.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the greatest modern mansion I've ever seen in Sims 4. That home theatre is the best I've seen. I'm putting this house in my game NOW. I was looking for something exactly like this a week ago and ended up finding messy floor plans with too many tricks to make it playable. I love that you stick so close to real objects and don't make fake facades for everything. You must also be a player, not just a builder. I know you know what I mean!
Oh, yeah, I totally understand you. I always try to look at the built house from the player's point of view and not only think about making it look beautiful, I always think about whether it will be satisfying to play in my house. Yes, unfortunately the mechanics of the game does not allow you to completely abandon the fake facades, and to make everything look beautiful, but I try to use as few of these techniques as possible.
@@insims I've downloaded so many beautiful houses only to find out the "immaculate shelf" they used as a ceiling tray decor ends up collecting dirty plates and I waste so much time cleaning them up manually. Thank you for your attention to playability!

I have been playing since Sims 1. The amount of creativity it takes to manipulate objects and create custom furniture like cabinets, counters etc. Is on another level. Like making the faux door handles and light switches and arranging all the clutter, thats what makes an elite player. I often wonder why someone wanting a custom home would pay thousands to an architectural design group when they should just ask a builder like InSim instead =D

Чтобы не строить коробки, советую почаще посещать сайты архитекторов, смотреть соответствующие публикации в Инстаграм, и пробовать строить снова и снова, и у вас всё обязательно получится😏

In brief, you need to build a closed room, put the "foundation" tool on top of it, remove the walls and floor of the room, only the ceiling will remain. Then you can regulate the height of this ceiling, it will become a floor that can be placed above the pool.

Yes, and another important point, you can not move this "bridge" with the appropriate tool. To place it above the pool, you need to move it by changing the length or width of the bridge. And of course good luck to you!

Here's a quick installation guide - download the folder by link under video and move the files from the folder to the Tray folder. The Tray folder is located at - My Documents - Electronics Arts - The Sims 4 Tray. Then in the game you should click on the Gallery icon and go to My Library. There you will find my house.

Thank you! I'll try to explain. You need to build a room, place a foundation on the surface of that room, then remove the walls of the room and the floor. Then, using the height adjustment slider, lower the platform to the desired height and set up a ladder if you need it.

This huge luxury house, but why you don't build a gym room?
There is no gym in this house, but I think it is perfectly replaced by an indoor pool. In any case, nothing prevents you from visiting the gyms in the towns.

InSims hey there! Thanks a lot for replying! I’ve been doing that, but for some reason they just don’t show up in my library, even though the game is updated to the latest. Both ways I’ll try again and thank you so much for such beautiful work! I’m an architect myself and I find your builds quite inspiring, especially knowing the limited tools there are in sims.
