    I agree it’s definitely a call back to that sweet sound and I loved the song, just didn’t care for the chorus when I heard it. Maybe it’ll grow on me. Looking forward to an album!

    • @DANCEDWAT

      As highly as I rate The Jester Race/Whoracle.. I feel "classic" In Flames was Jesper, Anders, Bjorn, Peter and Daniel. Colony, Clayman, and Reroute probably being the peak.

    • @NotKevinBrand
      @NotKevinBrand 2 года назад

      @@DANCEDWAT That's a fair way to look at it. They've always been a band for me that I stopped being interested in past their first 5 albums. Can always respect what they've done over the past 2 decades, but it never just hit that feeling for me. Even this track just doesn't hit for me personally.

    • @Dimitrije_Miljus
      @Dimitrije_Miljus 2 года назад

      To me old In Flames is the old albums. Jester Race, Whoracle (my favorite), Colony and Clayman. To me that's the defining era of In Flames. After that its more of a modern sound which i still adore from Reroute to Remain to A Sense of Purpose. Everything after that just went down hill as people left and the sound was just meh. Coming back to a good form with this one honestly!

    • @starkiller34
      @starkiller34 2 года назад

      Yeah, ma favs where def from Lunar strain to Clayman. I acrually dont connect with reroute to remain and on because I think their sound changed. Therr was a Clayman reissue I n 2014... and I hate it lol... to me, it sounds inferior to the original release. There was something about those guitars, they just spunded so huge in the mix
