He is one of, if not the best interviewers of all time. They do their research. And he can read a guest like a pro! I have found respect for people I never thought I would respect. Way back in the early seasons. Tom Colicchio - Season 2.Episode 41. This guy was an absolute champ. Demolished the wings and then went on to promote an anti-hunger campaign. This guy is seriously an awesome human being. Rippon is amazing too for doing his promotion as well but definitely not the first in the shows history.

Qusai 2C Without a host like Sean, Hot Ones is a novelty. Sean brings the deep cuts and interesting questions that make the show worth watching more than a few times.
It's kind of like the sauces. All heat and no flavor make for a novelty hot sauce you try once or twice for a laugh. Sean is the Hot Ones flavor that makes the show worth going back to.

I'm rolling my eyes at everyone saying, "Ugh, why is he so famous when he only got third place?!" It's not third place in your middle school kickball league, it's an Olympic bronze medal. He had to beat dozens of the world's top athletes to get it, and it takes INSANE ability to even make it to Olympics. We've celebrated plenty of people who didn't medal just for making it to that level.
well, it does make you think why the first place and second place winners aren't getting this much publicity. At least, from what I've seen.

It's wrong - abs recover the same as every other muscle - all muscles recovered at the same rate. That said, just as you can do pushups every day, you can do crunches or whatever every day. However, if you are hitting any muscle harder than that (lifting), you need to take a day off before you hit it again (generally speaking).
