I think one massive things lots of agents haven't been told (and it's not their fault because their job is to sell real estate and not run Facebook ads) is the fact that since real estate is a high ticket service, Facebook advertising is an incredibly good option for growth in most cases. In some areas agents can spend $10k (which is insane) just to get 1 listing and STILL double their money. It's simply not something that's easy to do when you're making $2,500 per transaction though and I don't recommend it for targeting sellers if the average home price in your area is around $100-150k. But again, if you're making $8k+/transaction you can add huge amount of sales to your business every year with a well-executed Facebook Ads plan and come out with 75%+ margins (and sometimes 90%+).
Thanks for watching :) We have a few other videos that cover Facebook advertising strategies, and we suggest checking those out: - How To Make Money With Facebook Ads: ruclips.net/video/AptanPg6r3Y/видео.html - Facebook Ads For Beginners: ruclips.net/video/tuUl6R8ZMXE/видео.html We hope these help!
We've got tons of video on our channel! We say sit down and figure out your business goals and which platforms you want to utilize to achieve those goals.
You definitely want leads and messages to be responded to as soon as possible, even if it's just with an automated message to say their message has been received and someone from our team will reach out shortly!
We've recently uploaded 2 videos that will help you understand your ads performance and tips for leaving the learning phase! ruclips.net/video/07yOGyD17rM/видео.html ruclips.net/video/jAxCqQd-AZg/видео.html
Nice work @lyfemarketing How about you start making videos on proven methods digital marketers can use their skills to make money online (notice! Proven methods I said). Thanks for your feedback! The thing with digital marketing is that no one method will work for everybody who tries it. However, we only mention the methods that we have personally seen success with (either for our own company or for clients), so that you guys can determine which method fits better for your business!
