He was doing great until he started spawning heavy tanks while playing his heavy tank division. One vet T-80UDs are completely useless, but at least Eugen gave them enough rear armor that you can't shoot them at max range while they route.
Hi Hippie, I used to main the West Germans and if you put a Gepard with the Rolands it usually finishes off aircraft quite nicely. Also it has smoke which I like. Also a Mars would have done nicely against that clump on the right. Always a pleasure watching your vids!
Thanks Halycon, I'll try the Gepard again. The issue I have with the Mars is that it used to be literally twice as good. Now it's got the same DPS as a Paladin, for way way more points!

I dont think roland 2s actually have 55% accuracy, since I've had them miss all 12 shots back to back. Also I think to bring pioniere in the Milan fuchs is better than in the truck. Also, all these things can be done in my TotallyAccurateDivisionPack, which can be found in the Steam Workshop.
Hippie is the only person on earth that actually kinda makes me wanna play this game, thanks for amazing content! If i had a stable income i'd give you money without hesitation
The RNG on those Rolands was probably the worst I've seen in any WARNO game, what Also the unusual thing about 5. Panzer is all the artillery it gets, if you aren't at least filling up their 1-point slots I think you're sleeping on their main advantage, West Germany has some of the strongest artillery in the game. You don't need that much infantry to clear close terrain if you're thoroughly blasting it with arty first and you don't want to get into heavy close combat with your 5-man panzergrenadier squads anyway, they should be cleaning up the panicked dregs left over from your artillery and not facing fresh enemy squads. The mortars did a great job in this game, a card each of the towed and mobile versions of that and the FH70 would give you tons of indirect firepower. Also F-4Fs are too slow to intercept most bombers and they don't have the fuel to stay on the map for long enough to be brought in preemptively, they can at best escort your strike aircraft and kill helos. You have to use F-104s to chase down stuff like those LGBTs, or maybe you could try turning off evac winchester and using Tornados as multiroles? Their air tab forces you into some hard decisions.
Yeah sometimes you just get a skill issue over and over and over and over Spamming artillery in 1v1s isn't great cause your enemy buys frontline units and just runs at you. I should definitely use mortars more though cause they're really cost efficient I'll try the Starfighter if I ever play this div again Yeah you're right about the air tab
@@hippiehippiehippiehippieI think they’re good at knocking out helicopters, at least compared to fliegerfausts. When the su27 escaped with a sliver of health at the end of the match it probably could have shot it down too.

@@hippiehippiehippiehippie sicherungs are useless for tanking as they ran away instantly, and you can't spam them in the cities. It still takes 1 second for T-80 to kill a marder. Compared to SD2 Warno is the zombiest of metas

I think the NATO tanks are largely ok, it's the T80 and T64 that are over performing. 10rpm is neither realistic nor balanced
