This was really nice to watch! very informative and even though i will most likely never even consider moving to LA or the country what so ever it was fun and a great watch!!! tbh tho i felt a tiny bit nauseous from all the camera swings in the apartment videos, but that might just be me, and id rather have them swingy than none at all. Also love that you had the floor plan on every apartment

Make sure you ask about rent control dear, I bet after they finish remodeling the rent will go up! Waaaaay up! That is why they are fixing the place up! Some places dont have rent control so your rent can go up dramatically! I rented a 2bed/2bath for 850, within a yr it went up to 1150. No rent conrol! We were young and newly married and still rowdy so I think they wanted us out so they kept upping the rent! We bought a house after we left there.
Great views of...other buildings? LOL as a lifetime LA resident I can really say the stupidity over these overpriced properties has truly reached unsustainable levels. So if you're looking there are many, many vacancies for those who don't know what money is for.
