Fourth floor Banned in Delhi | RERA New Guidelines issued | K Buyers Club |

If you live in Delhi, now the limit for building rooms (unit=room, kitchen, washroom) on a plot has been fixed in Delhi. Delhi Real Estate Regulatory Authorities (Delhi RERA) has limited the number of Miami units on the floor.
The notification issued by RERA includes Delhi Miami unit limits on plots of size ranging from 50 square meters to 3750 square meters or larger. Now 4 houses will not be built in 50 square meters. Now there will be only 3 floors on a plot of this size and there will be only one unit on each floor.
