This was one of the first games I ever had when I was a child and I still vividly remember playing it. It’s one of the biggest reasons I wanted to races cars and I couldn’t ever wait to get home and play as Schumacher. Watching this makes me want to go home and buy a new ps2 controller and bring it back to college because the disk I know for a fact is still in perfect condition

@@xTimelessGaming I'm having the same issues. Using your recommended settings has the same effect, but after much trial and error enabling auto-flush in the hardware hacks fixed it, but has quite the performance hit

how do you run this game without lagging? I have a high end pc but I always get 20fps in software mode, may I know your setting for this game in pcsx2?

Actually this game is not playable ... becuz the FPS is too low (10-30Fps), im using PCSX2 F12 to record this gameplay to get the smoothest output mate.

The real Atari of Sunnyvale California died in 1996. Since then the Atari name has been bought and used by other companies. Pure marketing. in 2002 the real Atari was dead and long gone.

I hate the handling physics in this game! This, along with Sports Car GT Supreme for the PS1, are the two worst racing games handling-wise I have ever played in my entire life.

Actually that's true, this game had a great presentation, it made the circuits come alive with the crowd cheering, the flags waving, and the weather effect is the best I've ever seen, BUT the car handling, and to a lesser extent the AI head butting each other, are the two things that let this game down
