I ended up getting a beelink ser8 - $629 on amazon rn is a decent price, $1000+ for the ser9 for +10% gpu and +25% mt just isn't worth it to me. plus i can upgrade the ram, and since I want to play around with local llm's being able to stuff 96GB in it down the road will be a plus :D
@isbestlizard the 96GB RAM limit is a pretty good deal especially for extending the life of the mini pc. I am really glad to see people value modular ram. Nice buy. I am still really enjoying my SER8. Awesome machine.
