How to Master Your Mouth [Quick Tutorial]

Everyone knows grammar stuff.
But what is the difference between the English word “to” and “do?” What am I doing with my mouth to make that difference?
Most people learning a foreign language NEVER learn to distinguish these basic differences.
Your first class should be teaching you the sounds because at the end of the day, your goal is to communicate with people.

When I started learning Chinese, I found this free online course called FSI chinese. It explained how to use the mouth, teeth and tongue to form the correct sounds in Chinese. I found this fascinating and by using the tips, I have been able to learn how to make easily understood Chinese sounds. I don't think I'm perfect, but having an awareness of the mouth placements, etc, it's easier to have better pronunciation.
So Mr. Ness is on to something!
