    Thank you. I scrolled through videos where exercise professionals were talking about nutrition. Since active people are more likely to use supplements, it makes sense that they would make more videos about it. However, not their scope or practice. Your video was amazing, thank you!!!

    Nice objective review and I appreciate the evidence based information. While I agree that marketing AG1 as a “safety net” is problematic in that it does not contain every element one would consider desirable for overall health (adequate iron, fiber as noted), it should be mentioned that the primary objective of this product is to promote gut health. Iron and especially fiber taken simultaneously with these nutrients would be counterproductive, as they either block the absorption of, or decrease the transit time through the gut, resulting in elimination of the nutrients instead of absorption at the intended site. Do you need more iron and fiber? Of course, but not at the same time you are feeding your gut with pre-and probiotics, which require contact time the surface of a damaged system (eg leaky gut, poor digestion) to properly perform.

    🙌 Hello and a big thank you👍 That's also my main concern here: not to know how much from each source.
    In addition, I also don't like that the company name has been changed so often over the years. But I do like the products adjustments here and now regarding new scientific evidence.
    Back to my cons: Intense marketing, which makes a product rather dubious for me.
    Nevertheless, as a person with severe allergies, starting with cowsmilk when I was a few months old, life quickly told me to take responsibility for my wellbeing. I need daily supplements, in addition to fresh self prepared food and drink my water/tea.
    Now, having found your channel here, I will give athletic greens a try.
    Thank you💝
    You just got a new follower.😊 Greetings👋

      @Rosegarden327 Thank you for your comment! I didn't realize that they've been around long enough to re-brand a few times! Its hard when you have allergies so if you can find something that works, that's great!!

    I understand what she is saying in this video, and she is a doctor, however, this is a comprehensive supplement with many beneficial nutrients that "most" humans most likely will benefit from. The company tried. There ain't no way that any company can consider each and every single individual's health status and create a supplement that exactly matches what each person needs and doesn't need. If you believe it will be a step in the healthy direction and you want to be proactive and conscious about your health, this would be a good way to go. But it is subjective, and some may not believe what I'm saying or even believe in taking any supplements or vitamins whatsoever, but it is definitely up to the person to make the decision for themselves and stop relying on reviews from other people, like she stated.

      So basically what she said in the conclusion of the video...

      @NicksHEAT1995 Год назад

      @Mr M I didn't even watch the conclusion, so I don't care. I was making my own point. All I saw was her saying powders are powders and not whole foods. Everybody knows that already. That's why they are called supplements. Arnold schwarzenegger explains this.

      @karenmellett9232 Thank you for your comment! I didn't see the exact breakdown what went into the superfood complex for example. They do give the amount of the superfood complex (7g something I think) but I couldn't find the actual amounts of organic spirulina, green tea, liquorice root powder, etc that went into the superfood complex. If you have a link showing that breakdown, I can put it in the description section!
