Tata is an old company and is known for its high quality. Jindal is also doing good quality work and earning reputation in recent years. Both are equally good. If you will ask me to suggest: I will tell if project is big, requirment is big, go for economical rate. If price does not matter, go for Tata brand. Personally in my knowledge, contractors are using Jindal but when a small personal building was constructed, I used Tata. It gives me lot of satisfaction although it was a bit costly. So both are equally good. You can use any as per your choice.

You are giving wrong information, SD does not have bars, according to Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) SD is not a bar, and it is not allowed to write these two words together on the TMT road.
