The miitopia nuzlocke is like a Pokemon Nuzlocke as when miis die they are gone forever. It's like a Pokemon challenge, like can you beat Pokemon but instead the Pokemon nuzlocke challenge is in Miitopia. I am going to upload more Pokemon, Pokemon challenges and Pokemon Nuzlocke soon but first we are completing this Miitopia Nuzlocke.

This is genuinely one of the most creative nuzlockes I have ever seen, simply because of the game it’s being done in. Miitopia is a game that doesn’t follow the conventional RPG rules to an extent, which means a nuzlocke for a game like this doesn’t work as a conventional Pokémon one would. In the post game, you can create a limited amount of extra Miis, so the nuzlocke allows for replacement teammates once you reach that point. In the main game though, you only have 10 to work with, so you have to be super careful, with Fiends as an instant death for one teammate if one appears. The rule of the Mii only being counted as dead if they’re still dead by the end of the battle is also really smart. This is way harder than something like Pokémon, so a rule like this allows for battles to turn into frantic rushes to revive teammates.
if i was to do again over levelling trivialised a lot of the battles, the biggest challenges were often the one hit KO moves, but planning ahead by bringing several healers worked very well
@@Hazzaaa I might do it myself. Bringing more healers definitely helps, but I always play this game with all the jobs being used without ones being reused. It adds more challenge.
The fact this was all figured out in what appears to be a blind playthrough is also really impressive

It's funny how everyone when seeing the Dark Lord attack you in the Inn basically think the Dark Lord is cheating even though nothing ever said that the Inn was immune to being attacked.

I imagine the Nuzlocke would be easier if you played as a healer. That way, you don’t have to rely on AI to heal or revive.
But hey, that wouldn’t be challengingly fun, right?

@@fastpandaboy7420 yes there is the cook the cleric and flower but cook a nd flower only has one type of healing as far as I know and they are both more combat sided while the cleric is more support like the cook
@@no_one234 While yes the Cook and the Flowers ( I don’t think the Flower is more combat driven.) are more combat than the Cleric they have more than one type of healing like team healing but the Cook can’t revive the Flower can.

The moment I saw the Fiend, I legit felt my heart stop for a few seconds because I remembered how cruel this game can be to players sometimes.
If I could ask Nintendo one question, (not when the next Mario game is coming out) it would be “why did you add this monstrosity?”

The ketchup bottle made me laugh when you said it could probably do some damage.. because I have a personal story with a Ketchup bottle..
One day I was trying to squeeze it and nothing was coming out.. so I look in the hole with my eyeball somewhat close to it, about a foot away, not too close, as people do.. and gave it a squish to see if air was coming out anywhere..
Then the ketchup rocketed out of the bottle at the speed of light for no reason, straight into my eyeball.
Tomatoes are acidic, my eyeball was not happy in the slightest. :D
So yes, the Ketchup bottle is a valid weapon in my book.

I have also shot my eyeball with a hose before.. and also had fire work shrapnel burn a blister into my eye, also in elementary school I turned a page of a big book and gave my eye a paper cut. :D

OG Miitopia for 3DS is WAY harder, no horse, a boss fight where every character fights in teams of four, and must ALL be strong enough, and more fights, and harder fights in general, but this Miitopia is too easy. ***** / ***** (i figured out the rest of this long complaint was false :)
honestly, yeah. I've played both 3ds and Switch Miitopia and the switch version is definitely easier (and honestly cooler since there's a LOT more content that wasn't in the 3ds release, in my personal opinion) i do kinda miss the OG difficulty curve though, I kinda liked the challenge of making sure everyone was high level enough for the final boss and post-game content
The boss fight was in teams of three, the last team was four
yeah, the ds version was brutal. kind of wish they didnt make the switch version AS easy as they made it, but it is what it is ig

a nuzlocke is impossible in miitopia as losing a single ally is like chopping your leg off,until end game you can't just create a random ally (yes during certain parts you get another batch of allies but shut)

I remember I used to love miitopia, Grinding food to make my characters way stronger then they needed to be, having my protagonist be a priest while literally everyone else was either a thief or vampire, I liked it because the game didn't end and it was rather charming with all the diffrent people there although I don't really like turn-base combat I really liked that game, I liked all the diffrent enemies (Exept twerky, I always FUCKING DESPISED Twerky) I loved the robo place and all the bosses, the extra endgame content, The boss at the end that finally made me use my brain

I can't believe that hazzaa predicted the final boss AN HOUR INTO THE VIDEO, JUST GETTING INTO NEKSDOR.
I honestly wish you used a bigger variety in the teams, between the initial three there were three warriors, two scientists, two mages and two clerics. to me the game is most fun when you use a lot of different classes, especially in and after act 4 when you can use them all, it also adds extra drama to deaths because, if your scientise dies, you can never use them again
If anyone wants to play Miitopia themselves, here's a tip!
When a Mii is given a status effect (i.e. Pharaoh Effect), the best thing to do is put them in the safe zone!
This will make it to where they not only don't hurt the team, but it only takes one turn for them to turn back to normal.
i wanted each character in the party to have their own horse.
i did mine just like yours, but i made a fire-like mane because i thought it'd look cool, and i called it Famine.
which is why i wanted the others, so i could call them War, Pestilence and Death.

Hey Hazza you did the Miitopia Nuzlocke but have you ever heard of the Miitopia pacifist challenge where you kill the least amount of monsters possible.
Little tip have you Mii's personality be kind to be able to make less monster die.

Can you do a sword challenge run with the 3 hoenn starters? Rules: you can’t use items in battle (held items are fine.) No over leveling. Those are the only rules and of course, no hacking.
Unfortunately, the Hoenn starters can only be gotten randomly from Dynamax Adventures, and start at level 65.

“Love song” increases everyone’s relationship level (by like 3 levels I think?) temporarily, allowing you to use co-op moves that you shouldn’t be able to access yet until it wears off.

Think of the tickets as like 80% bananas, that way you don't get upset when you get bananas you just get happy when you don't. And only do the tickets in bulk, that way you can be like oh I got two out of 10 things that weren't bananas.

I barely have any bananas, mainly because UFOs steal them very often, and AI controlled party members keep eating them even though the Chef is cooking up a feast
I do have enough MP Candies to feed everyone in the Inn 49 times, and I’m not even joking, I haven’t even maxed out my MP Candy bonus and I almost have all the medals
Edit: OK, actually, I don’t have 490 MP Candies, I have 410+, I haven’t played Miitopia in a while so I forgot the numbers, I just remembered having MP Candies in the 400s

If your main character died good luck because you can’t set off with the main character except when your party gets separated or you get sick.
And you can't get sick until the game is finished.
@@miwestraveler3986 but also once you beat the final boss then you can leave yourself out of the party which I did and now my main team is like level 30 something and the fricking main charecter is like level 12.

The reason dark lord never attacked is that his speed stat is really low, so it’s takes awhile for him to get his turn. Also, in phase 2 he doesn’t attack when there are imps still alive

I'm surprised that no one ever got jealous of one another during your run. My Mii's in my Miitopia play through used to always bicker, and would get jealous when a Mii got close to a character that they had also previously been close to.
