The 42 car was under the tire barrier forever before NASCAR threw the caution. What were they waiting for? The 42 was never gonna get out of there so there was always gonna be a necessity for a caution. Should have thrown it immediately instead of waiting until two milliseconds before 48 crossed the line. I cannot understand how they could mess it up that bad.
