Iv tried downloading both apps n either seem to work,im trying to the camera I side my house,surely i dont need to be outside? Please help

Nowhere on any platform, or in the specs does it mention the camera resolution what so ever which I thought would be one or if not the most important detail about this product.

The Wi-Fi connection involved, the ones that you have to connect to to get the app to work, are UNSECURED….!!!!! Is that not opening up your phone to data hackers??? I bought one of these and now I want to return it because I wasn’t aware I’d have to risk my data to use it

WIFI.. Does not work away from home PC modem.. Also told to return item for a refund.. Funny how tracking says it came from USA but return address is China.. ALSO looks nothing like what is in this ad.
