@@McFattyHK in Edmonton being 2500 feet above sea level, all recipes must be slightly adjusted. I bought 1st bread machine in 1992 at can$150. Even basic bread failed. Cooking process including bread making warm up kitchen, it helps when outside could be -25 ⛄️⛄️not easy to warm vehicle for 15 minutes cost of gas. Dinner roll were 12 in a pack, Safeway supermarket made in during store closed . Fresh bread left on racks to cool down also allowing moisture released from bread, otherwise will be wet inside clear plastic bags. Thus not only lost soft to taste, also aroma is gone. 完全沒有兒時的回憶聞到出爐香噴噴的味道🍽👩🍳🍽👩🍳🍷🙏🔥🌹👏💪👍👀👀

Apparently I had no clue on the ‘right’ recipe. This is exactly why I needed 8 fearless attempts to reach a successful one. 😅💪🏻💪🏻
