- 'I PUT A SPELL ON YOU' is a 1956 song written by Jay Hawkins and selected as 'Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's 500 Songs that shaped Rock and Roll'. Many artists gave a rendition of this song especially the one from Nina Simone and it is well known of all time.

Joe Maye (not shown here but right after that he sang with Christina Aguilera) is my favorite and the one from the UK she has a great voice. That is my all time favorite song I've heard it by just about everyone and my numero uno is Joss Stone hands down, check her out here on youtube, Joss Stone I Put a Spell on You (Luna Park 2015) the lead guitar is pure gold, anyway that is only my opinion. All the performances here were fantastic just being out in front of thousands of people is enough to get my vote, I wouldn't do it.
