Using Goal Seek to solve simultaneous equations

As long as the two linear equations are in the form of y = mx + c, Goal Seek in Excel can be applied to produce a solution. If the equations are expressed in a different form, some simple transformation will change them to the appropriate format. It is one of the quickest and easiest ways to find the intersection point of two lines for which the equation is known for both. In addition, it works perfectly with earlier versions of Excel and there is no need to load Add-ins.

Could you use this to solve for more than one variable?
