Can you talk about hard water buildup and how that can affect your hair and skin because not a lot of people talk about it and it really does cause a lot of problems that needs to be addressed it can even make your cleansers less effective than it would be if the water wasn't so hard.
When i was trying to promote hair growth by oiling my scalp, I had dandruff like crazy! Once i let my scalp be, the dandruff stopped. Now, I wash and dc once per week, moisturize daily with a diy spray that I concocted and my hair is flourishing. Im not a curly girl but im raising one, her name is Hannah and she is about to be four months. Thank you for your content and beautiful personality! You rock lady!!!
Before I learned about curly hair hairspray was my best friend but now I know they are bad bad bad. So im glad innersense came out with this hairspray. I need to get my hands on this.
This sound amazing. Briogeo has a similar product in their scalp line. A comparison would be awesome. I hate that you get so little product though. These companies have to stop giving us these baby ass sizes. Hope you’re enjoying your birthday weekend ❤️
I feel you. But these products are so hydrated that a little goes a long way. I feel the same way about Curlmix and Rizzos Curls. water is also very important. That’s how I make my products last and keep my scalp and curls healthy. I’ve been in my national hair journey for 3 years
Awesome topic!! I'm very happy you tackled it!! Great content as usual. Thank you, Queen!! And happy birthday!!! 👑🎂🎉 Whoop whoop to us 8 day-hair curlies!!! 😎
Love Innersense been using them for over a year and a half 💪🏽. Noticing when the hair is not properly set using a hood dryer or diffuser most people end up adding more product throughout the week which as we know will encourage and or add to existing product build up as well. Thanks for sharing!
If you're prone to product buildup please avoid the NYMs curl talk cream it causes severe buildup in a matter of minutes and creates a very dry nasty waxy film that's hard to remove with a regular shampoo. I advise you to avoid this product and any products that contain this ingredient. C13-14 ISOPARAFFIN this ingredient from my experience is way worse than any silicone I've ever used in my life.
Happy Sunday 🌞 Curl Friend........ Once you review products I'm on the look out .. I appreciate your telling how to use leave in products 🤗....7 to 8 business days 🤣...it feels that way.... Phenomenal tutorial.. Enjoy your Sunday Sincerely Tee Jay
Great review and informative video, Bianca! I love volume and definition but use lightweight products. I’ve been using Curlsmith lately, and love them!
So what do you put near your roots so that it isn't frizzy? Because I will have a frizzy top head and nice defined curls at the bottom if I don't put anything there. Lol
I always used the finishing spray after I finished blowing my hair. Didn’t realize on wet hair it would speed up the drying. I’m gonna try that tonight when I wash my hair.
I just started using a few products that have silicone and I think that is why my scalp has starting itching and I was looking for a detox product to purchase because DIY...... I'm not ready.
I love all your videos!♥️ love all the advice you give to the curly hair girls. I don’t get product build up in my hair. I’m at the issue where I will get that Odor smell to my hair?? Even if I refresh it.I have to wash it.
I’d also like to add that dry scalp is another skin condition that can be confused with dandruff, its itchy and flaky and the dead skin cells do build up
Hey this is a random but I was looking into the suave natural hair products and I don’t know if it has ingredients that are bad for your hair. Thank you 🙏❤️
Omg, I Love this line. Use hydrating hair bath shampoo and conditioner; I create volume and of course I create hold. Can't wait to try this mask. Was just telling myself I need a detox product. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and promocode with us. Running low on some.🙏👍
Do you still use not your mothers?? I was using it for like a year after your video (yes not on RUclips much, full time mommy) and my friend uses innerscence oil in the salon she works in and I had so much build up. 😞 Your hair looks beautiful by the way! 😍
I need product on the top of my head cause I get all my frizz there so applying gel lightly smooths the hairs down, just fluff out after! I've also been really wanting to try these products, but the shipping. 🙃
Hi, I just saw a video from curl mix I think it is, are they good too. My daugther is transitioning to her curly hair its been almost a year and she is 3A curl. She is currently using curlsmith with Miss Jessies pillow soft. What do you think about Miss Jessies pillow soft is it good? We don't know about curly hair products to much can you help us. She like Rizos shampoo too. Please help us!
Hi Bianca so sooo sorry to be a party pooper because I live in Swaziland and I'm not able to access these products soo... could u do like DIY's here and there. I'm not saying change yr content in saying just keep us in mind ( the people who cant access these things )
We have tons of 100% organic curly hair brands here in South Africa. And what is great is that they are all owned by black females 💃🏽💃🏽 This video is so informative. Thanks @mzbiancarenee.
Have you tried a ACV (apple cider vinegar) & water rinse yet? It's quite good at helping to remove build up, and is inexpensive. The first time try a 60% to 40% mixture. If you need, a few days later, do a 50:50 or 40:60 mixture.
@@matts_curlssometimes it has to be done multiple times, if it had never been done before. Especially if you're trying to transition to the Curly method, consider looking up how to do a final washer. And/or use a clarifying cleanser. If you're not certain what you need, consider finding a salon that has someone very experienced with natural curly hair (which can be a challenge), and get some guidance. They may recommend cutting it off (depending on the overall condition of your hair) as well, or maybe not. But getting some recommendations from 1 or 2 people may be very helpful. Then, if you cut it, you'll be better prepared regarding how to care for it. I've seen a couple of curly male RUclips channels. I can't recall who they are. Might also be worth looking into. Good luck!
@@tdginter ye I’ve been looking for a professional salon or someone more experienced so I could ask for help cause regular places just ask what haircut you want when you barely even know what kinds there are and what would look best lol but yeah I’m just going to cut it mostly cause it’s all uneven anyway so hopefully that’ll help since I wouldn’t be putting even more products bc I wouldn’t have to lollll but thank you! and thanks for your help! 🥰🙏🏼💕💕
But Innersense products last longer than anything I've used. Even the deep conditioner mask is 6+ months & I still got enough out today. It's really amazing how long it lasts.
It’s really really concentrated. You just need a drop and emulsify it in your hands. It lasts forever and a day. I’m from Germany and it’s quite expensive over here too. But since I started the 30dayhairdetox with all those products ... it’s amazing 🤩 no regrets at all

I like defined curls more than volume so I get a close to my roots as possible. If it gets on my scalp, it’s fine. I use the UFD Hair Tonic.
Happy birthday Bianca! Hope you had a beautiful day!!
I’m trying to save money but when the discount code appeared on the screen. It tested my strength 😭

Went to the website just to look and they only ship within the US. :(
Do you break the cast?
Wouldn't your scalp look just the same post shampoo?
Yes, but this video is sponsored so she has to talk up the product lol
basically lol. these companies are always coming out with something fancy. they forget some people are just plain jane 🤷🏾♀️
Can you talk about oil
Your hair looks great. Thank you for the information and tips. 👍🥰 Do you know if this new product is clarifying? 🎁🥳💐🎶Happy Birthday 🎶
How do I know if I need to clarify or that I have product buildup?
Can you try rahua?
