That nut that you welded in the transom did it come on the hydraulic pump itself, and if not how far hard was it to find something with the same threads?

hello, My Russian is not good. I hope the google translation works OK. The translation from Russian to English is not very good. Yes, the boat was built in a factory and these boats are common where I live. This boat is raced by my two sons. I am now too old to race it. I am the mechanic for the boat and I do a lot of the work preparing it for racing. Are you interested in the boat or the engine? The boat and the Engine have been modified. Sorry for not answering sooner. Yes, the boat was raced again today.
We are in tiger behind the casino, we have a naval workshop we are dedicated to electronic injection in marine engines fix our facebook, if the idea is to do something like similar
From the tip of bow to the back of transom (at the top of transom), its 3124mm. But the transom is angled in at its base so the full keel length from tip of bow to the rear of hull perhaps could also be needed if making something similar yourself. At its widest, which is the rear, its 1427mm, approx middle is 1310, and at the front where the small deck finishes, its 1080mm.
I will check, but pretty this is the one: www.ebay.com.au/itm/CHIC-10-Ton-Porta-Power-Kit-Set-Hydraulic-Panel-Beating-Body-Frame-Repair-Tool-/182678762078?epid=12005842820&hash=item2a8880b25e:g:X~kAAOSwt4RZca-b

Sorry for missing your post. The nut was made in a lathe from some aluminium stock. It would be pretty easy to get this done at a machine shop, or hobby backyarder with a lathe, the threads are metric but don't need to be very precise
Think im going to try this on my jon boat for a tilt trim
Thanks for this video.. I been wondering. I wanna try to build one of these tinnys they look way to fun
Just get an actuator.

Just needs the right type of rivers or creeks and the right type of people to get into it.
How long is the body of the ram and how far does it extend? In other words, how far out does it go to lift the motor to max height?
