He cheated on Yolande almost 20 years ago and Yolanda is back with him. It was only this past June /July jack went to Patrick about his marriage and patrick urged Jack to save it if he loves Denise. He did for a little while and Xmas happened. Patrick was one of Jack and Denise’s biggest supporters. Plus Patrick was Jim’s best friend who’s jacks dad of course he’s gonna be disappointed
