Toronto Film School makes Fan Expo 2024 debut | Recap

Toronto Film School made its epic first appearance at Fan Expo this year, and you can catch all the fun and excitement in this recap. Held from August 22 to 25 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Fan Expo is known as Canada’s largest event celebrating comics, sci-fi, horror, anime, and gaming.
Attendees had their pictures taken in our special photo booth and played video games designed by our students-who were on hand to explain the game creation process, their journey to professional game animators or developers, and their experiences at the school.
Guests could also sit in on our panel discussion, hosted by faculty and program directors of our video game, acting, and screenwriting programs. The topic was “Interactive Storytelling in Games”. This panel proved so popular that it was a full house, with standing room only.
