1) Is this case note is relevant to the condition. (natural visualisation)
2) will this case note affect how the reader care for the patient .
🌺 Identify the sequence and construct the paragraph.
🌷 Presentation.
🌷 Referal .
🌷 Diagnosis.
🌷 prescription .
🌷 Assessment/result.
🌷 Management.
