☕️ How To Coffee Dye Paper Tutorial ☕️

Here's my method of coffee dying white printer paper using instant coffee and hot water. Use caution when drying in your oven and use your timer as a reminder so you don't forget it in the oven! Paper is combustable so use caution.

LeNae, when you put them in the oven, do you separate the 3 wet pages before they go into oven?

Hi Teri I soak 3 pages together and then without separating them (that often tears them) place all 3 on cookie sheet or any large flat pan. As they bake and dry out then will separate. Watch your time carefully! I get distracted so I always set a timer.

I have never dyed paper and am wondering if one can dry the paper outside in the sun, too, instead of the oven?

Yes you can just separate the sheets. Using the oven is just a faster version and they tend to lay more flat
