1 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoons paprika
1 1/2 tablespoons curry
1 tablespoons thyme
1 tablespoons rosemary
7-10 bay leaf
2 tablespoons Jollof spice mix
2 tins of tomato paste (3 cups)
Pepper mixture of
10 Tomatoes
1/2 small paint rubber of shambo
Quarter small paint rubber of pepper
Scotch bonnet (atarodo) to your preference
6 onions
10 cloves of garlic
4 ginger
Stock water
1/2 big paint bucket of water
Note that onions gives lots of flavour to jollof rice
