*Dr. Osbourne, you are ALWAYS on the leading edge.* This is truly one of the most valuable health channels on YT. Breathing is NOT on most people's radar at all. It's incredible how rapidly deep breathing improves the quality of sleep. Thank you.

As someone with Empty Nose Syndrome (from Coblation of the inferior turbinates) I can attest to the calming power of Wim Hof breathing exercises.

Very interesting stuff. Although I’m not so sure about mouth breathing being the main cause for cavities. Either way, I want that deep spiritual experience that he had. 👍🏼

Yeah I find that interesting too.
It is also good for producing skin tone so I wonder if many of the people with very white skin are deficient in Paba

Yes, did you try also the folicacid itself in the form of "Methyltetrahydrofolicacid"?
That is a more natural form of folic acid which work better than the standard chemical one that is in cheap products.
Besides that supplements I recommend you to eat nutritional yeast. It has good levels off folic acid and is natural@@mg4241

I love Wim Hoff breathing and the high it gives me. Unfortunately it makes my Reynauds even worse so my hands and feet are constantly cold. I don't get what's going on as I thought it was supposed to calm down the nervous system. Anybody else with the same issue?

This guest doctor who sounds a very genuine and nice person may be right in everything but when it comes to a spiritual experience we need to tread carefully because spiritual matters has to do with either God or satan .
If man did not sin it would only to do with God but this world is what it is and only Jesus Christ can give the spiritual experience any person would need .

I think it's possible. For long time my first memory was learning to walk and a series of dreams I had when I had to be ~2. Then it was the corner where two walls and a ceiling meet. And finally I realized my first memory in the form of bodily sensations was birth itself. I was born via cesarean, immediate cord clamp no doubt, "oh no he's going into distress,", taken away without my mother even holding me, put in some thing. My first memory is something resembling suprise, and the thought "they're all doing it wrong. All of them are wrong. Everything is wrong". That sensation has never left me.
I don't remember things like warm and cold, the pulse, the breath, ie all the things that signify life and existence of the physical body in the world. But I do remember that moment of realization.
