    Just stress tested it manually at 25-26W
    With two magnets:
    Gpu 99% usage, 79C ~1C variation
    Cpu 55-60% usage, 84C ~1C variation
    Fan speed 5500 rpm ~50 rpm variation
    Have not noticed any change without magnets. Maybe 0.5C change

      These batteries are to weak. You need like 45watts type C to power the Steam Deck. These are 25. You will lose power and and these will give you a slow charge error. Would of been cool if these had 45WATT power delivery. Will be a waist of money 💰 if anyone buys this.

    • @redcobra1246
      @redcobra1246  Год назад

      @XTREME PC GAMER I mentioned this in the video. I said that the reason I bought these is because of the kickstand and I don't really play games that use 20W+ on the steam deck. If you're looking for that and don't care about the kickstand, you should find one 45W+

    • @Aethelbeorn
      @Aethelbeorn Год назад

      @@TheSignOfJonah 30W would be fine. It'll power the games while only trickle charging the main battery.
      I've only seen a power draw at a little over 27W maximum stock.

      Samme I looked everywhere but couldn't find it. All I want to do is be able to play Wind Waker HD portably with at least around 10 hours of battery without the need for lugging around a battery bank. Its the whole reason I haven't got a steamdeck yet. The battery life sways me. As a heavy gamer for me 3 hours is chicken shit. I need a full day of battery life portably and then we start talking lol. What sucks is everything else about the device is amazing such as the performance, customization and resolution. However battery is important and it tells you how long you will be able to spend in said game. 2 hours in a heavy game like Elden Ring portably is not nearly enough time to get a good experience.

    Are you sure the magnets don’t affect anything in the deck. The killswitch magnetic kickstand got recalled recently because the magnet affected the fan. It caused the fan to slow down thus allowing the deck to heat up.

    There is one on Amazon now by Antank which I do have. But it is recommended to be used with Huaying fans only as the other fan model can be effected by the magnets. I think I like yours better though, not having a kickstand was a missed opportunity by Antank.

    • @redcobra1246
      @redcobra1246  2 года назад +1

      It gives a slow changing notification. It charges about 16-17W. So for some games, like Stardew, it will charge while playing. If you're playing GTA at 25W, for example, it will slowly drain battery. If you setup the overlay you can see how many Watts your games are using
