I appreciate you doing this for the re-prints. It’s soooo hard to find good walkthroughs of anything before 2019 or so when you and some others started doing the unboxing videos.
@@Splync_TooManyBooks thanks for looking out, but you already got me on the centipede press email train months ago and I was on the pre-order list for this (and for Frankenstein and god emperor). Your walkthrough just confirmed I was ready to drop the $500 haha
The Fabian art was old and originally was done for those two specific stories. The Pitts illos appeared in old fanzines. Plenty of Griffin art. I think they came out separately at 65 bucks a piece unsigned. The 5 set will be 500. If they sell out fast then expect some higher prices on the secondary market. Don't think artist are signing the second edition. If they do then I may be swayed. The reprint of The book of the New Sun with added artwork is the one to look out for. The first was only 100 copies signed by Wolfe who has passed. The Folio edition is also sky high being signed before his passing.
Thank you very much for the clarification! The Fabian and Pitts illustrations had 2015 copyright dates, which is why I had assumed they were newer. They likely just refreshed the copyright. And I'll definitely keep an eye out for Book of the New Sun! I'm still kicking myself for not getting the FS limited edition that was signed by Wolfe.
That is correct! 2nd printing should be going on sale this weekend for those that were on a wait-list/interest list. I'm not sure when it might reach a public sale, but I'd recommend asking Jerad if you can get the notification.

Thank you very much for watching!

FYI - Centipede is doing Dying Earth in the near future. No clue who the artist will be, though.
Woah, I hadn't realized!
Beautiful set.

Is there a 2nd printing coming soon? Did I hear that correctly? Been eyeing this set for quite awhile.
