Well that’s made me a bit peckish! I am beginning to realise I need an induction friendly deeper pot in our van to do similar but then again our gas lasts for ages because it’s only used for cooking🙂. Love your deep white bowls too. Good job Ellie x
Hi Ruth. Pleased you enjoyed it! That deep pot is very useful as it can be used on gas or induction. Helpful if the electricity runs low. The white bowls are by Corelle. They are toughened glass. Thanks for watching ❤️😊
Ellie I would just like to say thank you for sharing your recipe my wife has just cooked your curry in our Motorhome she substituted canelli beans for chick peas it was delicious 😋

Can’t beat a good curry …. Keep looking at induction hobs but hytrik seems to be good enough - even warmed sausage rolls on the the other day for lunch
Thanks both. So easy in the Hytric pot isn’t it? The induction hob does get used for quite a few things ( we use it for boiling the kettle) and it tucks away in a space we couldn’t use for much else so it’s always handy in the van. But it’s always about storage and how much these things get used. We’re often turfing out things we don’t need, so it’s important for things to earn their keep! Safe travels 😊👍

Hi Cheryl. It’s a generic one in the van from Amazon) but we have a Daewoo in the kitchen and it’s pretty much identical. Main thing is you need one with various power levels ( as using full power could possibly trip it out unless you’re on hookup) let me know if you think a short vlog on it and how we use it would be helpful before you buy ) xx
