- Riding around Downtown Nome Alaska and explaining some of the things I've learned during this remote business trip. I had a lot of fun using my family friends side by side to get around and explore when I had time off.
I'm Big John and started my weight loss journey in May of 2023 with a process of fasting practices that gave me some fantastic results. Today I'm officially starting My 90 BBBE challenge to see how it goes. Curious to see where this goes and what benefits are at the end of this road. Beef, Bacon, Butter and Eggs does sound rather miserable at first. So, wish me luck and I'll be sure to update everyone on how this goes.
In time I realized I needed something else and started doing Keto, which quickly turned into a KetoVore/Carnivore Lifestyle.
My Carnivore Journey started in September 2023 and has been on going.
Losing weight when asleep is an easy to figure out technique I've been using, and I learned how when I practiced fasting techniques.
Weekly weight loss updates help keep me on track. This is week 64 of my weight loss journey and it's with the help of Carnivore/KetoVore eating principles.
I'm still losing inches along with some pounds. These videos are my personal testimony from my experience.

I had no idea they dredge for gold in the ocean,
Is it just the shorelines where any rivers or creeks drain out to it?
They use a suction type system in the ocean and often a diver is in the water controlling the hose.
and don't forget the the Irondog snowmachine race !! My nephew has won that like 4 times..
I always forget about the iron dog snow machine race. Probably because I never got to grow up here. Congratulations 👏 for your nephew because I have had friends who've been permanently injured running that race.
LLOL!! Tyler is a professional now.. He he got to swim in the Berring sea a couple times out of Unikleet and up by Kotzbue.. He a bad azz Alaskan. 4th Generation.. I am a 3rd Gen Alaskan myself.. But choice to retire down here in Oregon. All my family was born and raised in Palmer/ Butte area. :)

I accidentally just deleted it 😞😭. So I'll have to regroup and start from scratch. I did a live stream last night which has some of the information there but it's pretty long.

It's a love hate relationship, winters are very cold and windy but family is nice to be around. Availability of stores and more roads in Anchorage are nice along with prices of goods being cheaper is nice too.
