We've come full circle now. Stealthing into Old King Allant's arena and waiting for him to turn around to cast poison on him until he dies was also a cheese method for Demon's Souls.
For those on their first run like me it took 5 poison puffs (poison cloud dealt 3500 dmg - 39 per tick). So after applying the 5th puff I slowly backed away, hid in the corner showed on the video and used the mimic veil. Then I just waited for the boss to die. Good luck, everyone!

Hey! Quick question: would the deadly perfume bottle be faster at that point? It's also a silent cast just like poison mist, and although it deals less damage per cast it has a much shorter duration and procs a lot faster

Once he turns around all that matters is that Radahn doesn't hear you, that's why crouching and Black Knife set or Crepus Vial are needed (they make you silent)

Radhan didn't die on phase 2. So i just waited for him to walk back all the way to the gate; attacked him there, then He vanished & appeared stuck on some stairs striking back with Holy sorcery. Finnaly He felled and instantly died 😂.

How many poison puffs are required on the 1st time run?
My 5 rounds: 1 + 1 + 2 + 2 + 2 = 8. One round poison takes about 90 seconds. 😂

Ok apparently if you've beaten the DLC before, they get more health, so does this work on NG+7 DLC+?
I'm not in DLC+. If boss has more health, add one or two more poison mist.

sadly they patched this out, even with 7 casts and both canvas talismans on a +10 DC Seal. the poison status goes away before taking away his health
