You can make it a 50 card deck with Full Evil Hero Package. You can push to 60 if you want to max out handtraps/board breakers. The combo line is Fragile, but we were gonna lose to 2+ handtraps and Nibiru anyway, so why not try to pop off? Toxic Bubble is a staple for sure. If you can get to the vision hero line before playing a fusion destiny, you can stack the deck with denier to draw Plasma off of Toxic Bubble's +2. Your end board should be Plasma, Winged Kuriboh lv6, Dark Law(or shadow mist), DPE(or in grave) and your face downs should be Dark Supremacy, Favorite Contact, Mask Change(if you plan to Dark Law in Draw Phase), Super Poly, and Miracle/Poly.
Granted, I'm all in for the new Evil HERO support. I just want to make sure I can afford all of the cards and that they're not gonna go up in price because of one good card that's gonna be released in the future that makes them uber good, or just one out of the bunch that skyrockets in price because of it's meta effect. Plus, I'm the fool who'd play all Evil HERO cards with bricks, cuz just like Shark, Supreme King Hao-Judai (Jaden) is one of my favorites in Gx.

Those 2 are literally the only bricks you play due to prison you can run wild cyclone for the what if,inferno wing for more win,infernal sniper to go into time, Neos lord for obvious reasons and malicious fiend for niche plays. Unfortunately lightning golem who use to be one of the best is now easily the worst evil hero boss monster. But uh prison is probably the best brick mitigation in the game tbh
To lower the deck count imo it might be time to consider cutting Liquid Soldier with Toxic Bubble now fulfilling the Water attribute. Fusion Destiny is also a card I cut since most main line combos require Malicious or Denier in Grave to search off Cross Guy so unless you play more Destiny Heroes it can be a dead draw and locks you into Dark attribute if played too early. Would consider playing 2 Doom Prison since it is the main special summon target off Evil Assault. Like Increase you really don't want Prison in opening hand. If you have to hard normal Stratos then Assault is the only way to get Doom Prison on the field unless you try to make another Evil Hero fusion first. Dark Fusion, Favorite Contact, and Dark Supremacy are not too bad in the opening hand as they can be discarded for Evil Assault and added back from grave with Infernal Rider, Wingman, and Inferno Wing respectively. The Hero deck is getting much more fun, can't wait to see how people make more and more broken combos
To be fair, Infernal Backlash and Dark Knight are CLEARLY meant to be played together as board breakers/finishers. You summon the former, search Dark Fusion or Dark Calling to summon Dark Knight, reduce the enemy board's ATK by a ridicilous amount and then swing 3 times total with both (even more if you have more Heroes on board) to deal a flat 2100 LP damage + X damage your opponent took from the actual battles with their now weak monsters Granted, its tricky if your opponent has monsters that can't be destoryed by battle. Hell, the new Yubel archetype completely counters this. Then again, the Yubel archetype slots into Evil Heroes beautifully.
I personally think the new HERO support is like what the Centurion engine is to RDA. It raises the ceiling, but also creates more inconsistencies and bricks. Plus, it's not really as splash-able in Omni HERO. Perhaps it'll be a strong rogue competitor, I don't think it's "better" than the current iteration of HERO we have due to reasons mentioned prior. We'll have to wait and see, I suppose.
Play it right it pulls more consistency to the deck. HERO inclusive cards not Evil HERO exclusive. Plus a lot of synergy with the latest Elemental HERO cards

With the way this HERO deck is built, there’s no way to can go full combo with the Evil HEROES. 2 or 3 Adusted Gold is absolutely needed. And he didn’t even add Sinister Necrom which can banish from GY to Special Rider from Deck.
Instead of poly into sunrise, just poly into flame wingman. grab fave, then tag out for sunrise and grab miracle. Doing it this way lets you have an additional miracle fusion on hand.
you need sinister necrom to dump off of doom prison. you then banish necrom to cheat out hell rider and get dark fusion. while you're at it, add some thrusts in there and get rid of the e-calls

Running 1 is excusable, not many know you should do 2, but not a SINGLE one while it's the entire point of evil heroes is WILD That's about it from a first glance looking at his extra deck, I can tell the mistakes he made are because he only knows what heroes are by their popularity and never played them, so makes sense

I think you don’t play hero’s. It’s good support no one is expecting hero’s to be tier 0.
Toxic Bubble does not let you draw 2 bc it got fused off. It lets you draw 2 when Special Sunmoned while you control a Evil HERO fusion
