New exeggutor with serperior is pretty great into celebi. It can 1 shot a celebi with 3 energy on it or with 2 energy on it and using gio. Plus you can sack it or a dhelmise and only give up 1 prize then revenge kill.

I've really liked pairing celebi/serp with exeggutor ex, since eggy is very self-sustained, shuts down more offensive-leaning decks such as pika, and gives time to build up celebi energy and serperior, and serp allows eggy to be retreated with 1 energy + an x speed. Eggy also has trouble breaking through high-hp scaling comps such as molt zard and dnite which celebi solves (most of the time :p)
I've been running a Druddigon/Greninja chip damage deck with 2x Leaf, etc. and it's been doing surprisingly well, even against Celebi and Mewtwo decks. Also fun getting 20dmg off so often.
Running this deck with 1 snivy, 2 servine, 2 serperior, 2 Exeggcute, 2 Exeggutor, 2 Celebi, 1 leaf, 2 poke ball, 2 oak, 2 Erika, 1 Sabrina, 1 Giovanni. The biggest issue i have with surperior is that it doesn't just give you an extra energy every turn but it double all existing energy. Which means all energy placed before superior come online is doubled.
It’s a similar type of free energy cheese like Misty, only a bit more reliable, which makes it a quick path to power for high energy Pokémon like Venusaur and such, but that is simply not my place style. The Celebi combo makes it a great deck for beginners and casuals, but there’s not much technical skill involved to operate this deck build in a way that really interests me personally.
I’ve been using eggxecutor in this deck to get an early attacker that helps the deck if it takes time to find your surpwrior. This helps with the blane matchup aswell because you get him online early enough that you can deal with some of the early Blaine mons

I had to do 150 damage to win a game and flipped five heads it was glorious. The other player would've been so annoyed because they had come back and nearly won.
I run 2x Celebi, 2x of Snivy, Servine, and Serperior, with 1x Dhelmise. Played 20 matches w it so far in 2 days, have a 70% WR. In my experience it performs a bit better than Mewtwo even though the premise is basically the same that you need a stage 2 ramp card for your main sweeper but somehow the Celebi deck feels way more consistent. In the nearly 2 months that this game's been out I've played around 200 games w Mewtwo and have a 57% WR. Maybe Celebi's will also drop once the sample size grows and of course some matches w horrendous draws and bricked hands come in
Celebi is actually a demon but Serperior is the first card in this game I would totally not have a problem with getting some kind of Ban/Limit/Errata because holy christmas double energy is borderline game breaking
Can I ask a request say can you do guides for the expert solo battles especially to beat the opposite types and under 3 star cards as would help us all.
I was using a Mawile and Melmetal deck against the Celebi ex deck for the solo mission that asks you to beat it using a non-ex deck. Mawile can really disturb their energy ramp up with Crunch (flip a coin, if heads then discard a random energy from the opponent's Active Pokemon) and Melmetal can OHKO Celebi ex with a Giovanni, while also only taking 30 damage per heads instead of 50. I know you usually take deck requests from donations and/or subscribers during live streams, but I'd be curious to see how that deck works out for you. I have not yet tried it against human players, I will admit.
I hated this deck when I first played it. Felt like it never came online. Was awkward opening celebi to have it get nuked. Tried Lilligant/Celebi and thought it might be better. I then added Dhelmise to the original deck and I’m of the opinion that this deck is both a blast and unfair. Dhelmise is an absolute must though.
Hey Jake, asking for a me. Can you show the whole deck for us to take a nice lil screenshot of instead of scrolling through it on the pad and such. It makes it so much easier to be a copy cat. Spanks!
I'm trying to play with 1 Servine, just got my first celebi, I've been playing new exeggutor with it. The amount of times I don't draw Servine but I draw both Serperior, both Exeggutor. 7 games straight, no Servine and I drew both Serperior. RNG hates me. So I need the extra Servine😅 might consider the caterpie too. Need Erica too, sucks being newish. That game 2 was insane you just believed harder so he flipped 1 heads out of 5 and you crack back with 3 heads. I would be seething if I was him, I got seething when I did 0 damage with marowak 3 turns in a row.
I'm saving my hourglasses until tomorrow after the free x12 plus four daily, and with that blow on about x30 packs. Really hope I get two Celebi most importantly. Yesterday, tried my luck on a wonder pick and struck gold, got my self the star Serperior! 😅
To be honest your opponent flipping 95% is crazy but understand that for almost everybody we hitting heads 15% too. You are unlucky that everyone else hits their 15% on you
@sandshrew-alola To be honest the only control you have is the first flip technically. Everything else is rng that predominately flips tails more than heads. Statistically, coin flips should be a true 50/50. Digital coding however says tails will fall 60% of the time
With the damage output of Celebii, the Giovanni in this deck seems virtually worthless. Poor guy. "Why settle for 450 damage, when you could have...460?!"
Celebi only needs 5 or so energy to get critical damage odds and Lilligant being a stage 1 opens up more room in the deck so I'd probably prefer it over Serperior.
The Blane copium is so funny. I still beat 70% of Blane decks out the gate with Celebi. I lucked out getting 2 immersive celebi and 2 full art serp on night one. I honestly feel sad for all the people with full art, well built decks who just quit after a turn or two. Everyone coping Blane in the comments just wishes they were doing 450 damage 😂
I switched to a blane deck to deal with the strong meta the only bad thing is I have found trouble against a mewtwo deck if it gets set up too quickly and I don't feel like I have seen too many water decks out right now but I have won a few of those match ups even just because of how much damage a heads flip on rapidash with Blane can do you are just a 1 hit ko very easily

I put together a Serperior and non-ex Venasaur deck. Ran it against a solo match and spotted pitfalls in the deck. I am not running two Serperior since i dont have two, but i will try it with two to see if there is something good. A trainer to get stage 1 or 2 would be so helpful with this deck.
Just played against a guy who had this combination. He flipped 10 coins for Celebi and only got a single heads.
I love this game.
Arcanine EX is a great counter to this deck, one shots everything in it.
Celebi has been my favorite pokemon since forever so I'm just happy that they're good
I had to do 150 damage to win a game and flipped five heads it was glorious. The other player would've been so annoyed because they had come back and nearly won.
Serperior seems like a future-proof card for grass, kinda like Moltres.
Maybe Celebi's will also drop once the sample size grows and of course some matches w horrendous draws and bricked hands come in
Cards like jinx and alakazam are laughing in the corner rn.
Celebi is actually a demon but Serperior is the first card in this game I would totally not have a problem with getting some kind of Ban/Limit/Errata because holy christmas double energy is borderline game breaking
Definitely makes Grass Viable, it was weak outside of Venusaur which is stage 2. Pikachu EX still melts though
Loved thhe singing haha
Can I ask a request say can you do guides for the expert solo battles especially to beat the opposite types and under 3 star cards as would help us all.
Where did you get the mew coin, card sleeve etc?
@@emanmagulta7017 it‘s a mission for the set, opening 60 packs I think
We're about to see a WHOLE lot of Ninetails and Rapidash-es (or Rapidash-i?)--is what this video is telling me.
Totally saying "Polk-a-ball" 😂😂
15:18, you're debating on whether or not to bring your HP above 100. why aren't you planning on the Venasaur evolution which does 100?
I hated this deck when I first played it. Felt like it never came online. Was awkward opening celebi to have it get nuked. Tried Lilligant/Celebi and thought it might be better. I then added Dhelmise to the original deck and I’m of the opinion that this deck is both a blast and unfair. Dhelmise is an absolute must though.
Hey Jake, asking for a me. Can you show the whole deck for us to take a nice lil screenshot of instead of scrolling through it on the pad and such. It makes it so much easier to be a copy cat. Spanks!
Good damnit Taylor Swift
Yeah my deck is two Celebi, and two full Snivy lines with Erica, Sabrina, potions, oaks, one Leaf, one X Speed and pokeballs
OMG Spragels BLEW UP! Taylor! The Black Eyed Peas!? This is crazy
Very lucky with the coin flips. Mine not so haha.😂
Hold coin, do fast small counter-clockwise circles and release at 3 o’clock. Has increased my heads chance by almost triple.
I'm loving jynx alakazam rn since everyone is playing the same celebi deck
I'm saving my hourglasses until tomorrow after the free x12 plus four daily, and with that blow on about x30 packs. Really hope I get two Celebi most importantly. Yesterday, tried my luck on a wonder pick and struck gold, got my self the star Serperior! 😅
i combined this deck but with a mew ex thrown in. i win like 75% of my matches its insane
Nah, I'm out on coin flips. My opponents flip heads at a 95% rate. I flip heads at a 12% rate. I'm out.
To be honest your opponent flipping 95% is crazy but understand that for almost everybody we hitting heads 15% too. You are unlucky that everyone else hits their 15% on you
@darthf698 Same reason I hate fantasy football. Score 150, but it's the week everyone else scores 160.
@@saint_double_k Literall dog water. I cry every time
I feel this 😭 I swear it's the way we're flipping but I have no proof
@sandshrew-alola To be honest the only control you have is the first flip technically. Everything else is rng that predominately flips tails more than heads. Statistically, coin flips should be a true 50/50. Digital coding however says tails will fall 60% of the time
I personally enjoy Dhalmise i the deck... great wall to start with and with Serperior it only takes 2 energy to start hitting for 90.
was your facecam supposed to disappear during the battles or was that a mistake? :o
With the damage output of Celebii, the Giovanni in this deck seems virtually worthless. Poor guy. "Why settle for 450 damage, when you could have...460?!"
Tbh, this remind me of a pikachu x new two deck, where you have high build time, but also rely on a energy battery, like gardevior
22:47 What a comeback…
I played 14 matches with celabi ex an serperoir, haven't lost yet, haven't lost with gyrados and geninja yet .
Is liligant good in this deck? Still trying to get a second celebi, but i will try to make a deck with only one of each serpirior line and liligants
I like this deck with Lilligant, not sure if it’s better but it’s more fun
Celebi only needs 5 or so energy to get critical damage odds and Lilligant being a stage 1 opens up more room in the deck so I'd probably prefer it over Serperior.
Everytime i see Celebi I start pumping Jinx ahaha
How much of Spragles streams are karaoke? Seems like a really strong brand choice
I imagine Jynx/Alakazam users also like this synergy
wait i have these cards and i never knew :( anyways i've now started pocket tcg so this was very helpful
I kinda hope that they make it so serperiors ability only works on itself because I died to a 500 damage celibi attack and it was not really fair seeming
