Wow ! I can't understand how two guys couldn't do a one man job and with that kind of incentives plus the pay on top of it. I'm 57 years old and if you ask me it's not being mature enough to commit. To bad Flair doesn't need a kick Ass crane operator or wind turbine tech because I'd trade my pay for that kind of incentive, free work truck and a roof over my head. I pray for nothing but the best for Flair .

That being said Flair keep being generous there aren’t many people that would be as generous as you were to these guys and that says a lot about your strength of character.
I'd recommend to him, NOT hiring KIDS with little world experience. He needs to find some 25yo+ with an up and coming YT channel. Anyone with filming and editing experience would be a fool not to hitch their wagon to Flair.

So unfortunate for flair because this sounds like the definition of living the dream for an employee. Best wishes in finding somebody who is reliable and can fit in to the flair farm fam aswell as the previous editing legends ❤️

I do agree with this , if flair gives you a chance to be on camera and be apart of a channel with 2M subs you better be on your best because you can turn that into something very lucrative and you can make lifelong friends in the process.
What blows my mind is flairs editing style isn’t really crazy and they didn’t have to organize anything he gave them this whole editing schedule on a silver platter

Happens all the time in all sorts of fields, including ones where the person has a specialized degree or cert that says they know how to do the job. The school versus reality thing is no joke and there's always a period of "holy cow, how do I actually do this." That's why internships are so valuable from both sides.
From what Flair's has said he seems like a great guy to work for. He gave them both what they need to do a great job for him. I am going to miss videos' from him in January and February but from all of this he needs the break to get himself healthy and back on track. He is a new father and needs to enjoy the time with his little girl. They only stay that little for so long. Jut another great podcast with Flair. You guys need to think about a monthly podcast on the uncut deal with all of the boys over there. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
I agree you can't replace time with the kiddos. So he deserves to take some. Best is around 6-7months and the 2.5-3year ages they get pretty cool at that age.
Lojo I really like yall channel, please tell flair to ignore people who gossip, he is doing what an employer is supposed to do, I know its rough but it just seems like some people don't want to work now days but im not saying that may be the situation, I watch everyone from the googan squad and like watching everything yall put out, yall living the dream I would love to have but unfortunately I'm stuck working soon as I got out the military but trying to enjoy the outdoors much as possible like yall im actually next door to yall in Louisiana maybe one yall passing through Louisiana during crawfish season I can boil up some crawfish for yall and share some fishing and hunting stories . Yall stay safe and stay strong
My only advice for flair would be like a signing bonus kinda thing, some people might not be able to wait til the end of the month for money if it was a money thing
A normal job that pays $50k/year usually requires minimum 40-50hrs/week. Editing might be rough but it sounds like Flair was only asking for 5-6 hours of work a day. Don’t count the actual filming with flair because that’s having fun and part of a hobby that’s actually being paid for
Flair did the right thing by doing this with you LoJo & Badge. My mind was swimming over these guys exit so soon after following Andrew for years, Banjo not being on regularly, Pool Jet leaving then Zach coming aboard, liking him then he left. Pool Jet is back in the last couple of days which is a BIG deal. We want Banjo consistently and Pool Jet permanently.

New drinking game, take a shot every time Flair repeats himself or starts the story over 😂
Fr tho
Merry Christmas! Was excited as fuck to see a podcast drop while I'm cleaning
Dude! I get you Flair! I own a driving school and I am in HIRING HELL🔥! I’ve been trying to hire someone for 8 months! Ber-ru-tal!!!
Don’t count the actual filming with flair because that’s having fun and part of a hobby that’s actually being paid for
The Grind Daddy of all Podcasts.
Seems banjo is just a child hood buddy and business partner and hangs around for a good time and to help and have fun. Not as much paid help
@@callenmiller7666 yep banjo and flair have been friends forever banjo mainly deals with dux and has fun with flair when he has time
me complaining flair doesn’t post enough now seeing what he goes through 😑
MAAAAAN I WISH I could edit for one of you guys. It’s really not that hard to pay attention to the raw in post and pick out the content in the right sequence. You’re telling a story, if you can’t edit a simple vlog idk how those two are running a damn business. YO FLAIR HIT ME UPPP
25k a year fully furnished apartment with a truck? I’d take 12,00 a year and apprenticeship. Probably less than that.
Everytime I see one of these I respect Flair more and more. Keep doing your shit love all all y'all's videos.
I started about a year ago as a subscriber to both of y'all.. had to quit fishing in 1987 because of responsibility that we all go thru... No regrets.... But the two of you have renewed my love for fishing even though I haven't been on the water yet but I am building up my googan baits and Walmart rod and reels ... At 67 this old men will someday return... Looking for a cheap John boat... Please keep up this life story that you both are undertaking
Flair is like “i love two dudes one camera” ummmm flair this is a family show 😂😂😂 JK flair is great, he is one of the first dudes i started watching on youtube way back when it was “fishing with flair”
Great to listen to while I’m workin. Appreciate it boyz
I've been in the A/V industry for over 25 yrs. I'm mote proud about the many people I've worked with, learned from and trained that have moved on to successful careers, than my own career.
PoolJet is back fam. Only on uncut
I bet the editors had fun with this episode 😂😂
Dam I wish I knew how to edit I would move out there to be Flair camera guy in a heart beat. Googan Squad For Life.!
Wow. Just wow. Crazy story.
googan should just have an editing branch at hq so the creators do not have to deal with shaky employees all the time
That's a very good idea.
@@nathanieldeleonvallejo4596 they would pay a fee to use the editors and other outdoor channels can do the same, not to mention having more editors means more time off for them and they won't get burned our
@@nathanieldeleonvallejo4596 so you call somebody who has something in his brain he wanted to get out, just like you did, and you call him a moron. You my friend need to step back and look at how you just made yourself look.
Umm they do.. This isn't googan though. All their channels are separate from the googan brand.. Cam left rob to work for the googan squad
@@JayMac they got wes Davis, jerry, bryant who film and edit. I seen their work--what a TEAM! Plus the orig googans r Jon, flair, rob 1rod and AP
Good job boy this was a good one.
They just wanted a vacation and lied about everything and kept seeing what they could get away with. They knew flair wouldn't have let them come on their own expenses. Once 💩 hit the fan and winter break was over they booked it. Props to Flair for handling it professionally, I would flipped my lid on them.
Next time Flair needs to put pen to paper and have contracts in place.
Damn, I wish I knew video editing. That sounds like a dream and a whole lot easier than Iron work.
I literally have respect for all you guys
It all comes down to immaturity on the youngsters part. This shit isn't believable, but it is!!! Crazy, and like everyone says, its working for FLAIR!! I mean one of their greatest opportunities fell into their lap. Like i just can't believe ppl. Idk. But For real i can't believe this episode was as long as it is. That's how crazy this episode was. I didn't notice the time.
Quality work ethic and maturity is hard to come by these days
I for sure need to work for flair, i love staying busy, i get stir crazy when i dont do something.
what a podcast awesome if i was 25 years younger i whould be at Flairs and work my ass off he seems like a awesome boss i dont know how much more he could have gave its not his doing at all that was a awesome deal
...what a ride... I'm drained just from listening to him.
Really controversial podcast idea: Rank the googan and Googan affiliate channels from worst to first.
Great idea
But what's the ranking based on. quality, amout of content,ect.. if it's quality then 1 johnb 2 flair 3 lojo 4 lfg.... but if its amount of content then 1flair 2 lojo 3 john b.....
@@Foshomoto quality, liability of the person, and so on
@@Foshomoto love JonB the best
These kids just wanted to come out and hunt and fish with flair
What would you expect he’s hiring teenagers 18 and 19 year olds
If even at a hefty price tag, Flair learned a valuable lesson in being an employer. In the long run, the lesson learned will be more valuable than the $$ lost due to the whole ordeal.
Flairs video job sounds like vacation
found my new podcast to listen to while i’m fishing😂
It blows my mind that there is only 14k subscribers here. I been subscribed to lojo. Flair. And ayo for a while now. Out of all the subscribers u all have on ur main channels and so few here. I love the podcast tho. Keep it goin
I would love to see you and badge out with flair . I know badge knows how to grind and film and edit. let him show them boys how it's done . No hate but if you want to get into this give it a full send . Also get badger on uncut outdoors even as a guest. That would be 🔥. Great podcast to all you guys.
Great job. Love the breakdown of work ethic at the end.
