All the testing I have read about the Greater Color Spray SLA shows that it's counted as a level 1 Illusion spell that is affected by heighten, and your effective caster level for heighten is your character level, not casting level. So unless there has been some change, then heighten for the GCS SLA is fine if you are going to be using it a lot, because for a Warlock you can make it act like a 9th level spell once you hit character level 17.
*3 important last minute changes:* First Change:~ I noticed that if i drain the Aasimar tree, i can take the charisma in feydark, save one action point, and do one of 3 things: 1. Take 1 more universal spellpower from Soul Eater 2. Spell craft or spell points from Tainted Scholar 3. One more saving throw from Feydark As a result of this change, the build no longer relies on the race and can be made using whatever race someone wants. I recommend the saving throw from Feydark. Second Change:~ You may or may not have noticed, but after we switched warlock damage from Force to Evil using the Utterdark Blast stance, we forgot to change the level 25 Epic Spell power from Force to something else since we wont be using it. I recommend replacing Epic Spell Power: Force with Epic Spell Power: Light to get the alignment spellpower for your evil damage (alignment spell power is often packaged with light spell power even though it may not say it sometimes) Third Change:~ Change the Level 30 Scion of Feywild to Scion of Celestia for those good Crit deeps.
I freaking love the suggestion on blasts, mobs constantly don't do anything or attack each other instead of me, it's 10% and suggestion/mass suggestion is great, but just the 6 points is like Evards SLA that is CONSTANT on your cone, and I mean CONSTANT. Shiradi was just super nuked.
With protection from evil and America, force of personality is basically a wasted feat. The only will save effects you aren't flat out immune to are dancing balls. Not worth a feat, IMO.
I decided to try something crazy stupid and grabbed heavy armor proficiency and tower shield as a fey pact warlck. The fatesinger removes all arcane spell failure so I went fatesinger with secondary in unyielding sentinel. i works surprising well for being a batshit insane idea.
Huge mistake overlooking DoT spells on Warlocks. They absolutely destroy bosses and champs. Try Carceri with a focus on DoT spells. It's my favorite way to play competitive Warlock.
Ok that make sense if one would play a warlock that made a pact with an Evil being but the Celestials are from the higher planes aka Heaven and other good planes. So the Assimer abilities should stack if someone take that pact. Another thing to add to the DDO is horrible to play now list .

Maximize = 150 Spell Power (25 more sp cost) Empower = 75 Spell Power (15 more sp cost) So we just took Maximize earlier than Empower due to the fact that ED warlocks don't really use much Spell Points so the extra cost wont have me run out of Spell Points any time soon. As a result the higher spell power is just much more valuable in earlier levels.
