In this video, Debra Downing describes her role as a Transit Supervisor for Metro Transit. While based at East Metro Garage in St. Paul, Downing is a one of four "at large" supervisors who travels Metro Transit's 907-square-mile service area supporting operators as they deal with detours, weather and other issues that interrupt normal operations.
