Tbh because it has amino acids (lamellar water etc) and hydrolyzed wheat protein, it definitely is a protein treatment.
Imo it’s not necessarily a very strong protein treatment because it didn’t leave my hair feeling stiff or hard, as most protein treatment tends to do which I really like 👍 😀
