Gotta say when I first bought a Blackstone it was supposed to be a present for me for Father’s Day, yet when it got assembled and the first 3 cooks on it my wife took control. In the ensuing months my son has taken an interest in cooking on it. And I gotta say it makes me happy and I’m glad I made the purchase of a Blackstone.
