OK who is giving you these suggestions? So far you've had possibly the two tracks most likely to confuse and result in a "WTF!" reaction. Iine (that is iine with a double i at the start, pronounced ee-neh not an L and not Line, but don't worry, everybody makes the same mistake) means "so good" like a thumbs up emoji ... and yes this is one song where they don't just mix genres, they pretty much mix all the genres. It's a great live track, especially the drop into death metal right after the hip hop part. For something a bit more like straight metal try 'Ijime, Dame, Zettai' (it means 'Bullying, No More, Forever') live at Sonisphere 2014, 'Road of Resistance' live in Japan or 'Distortion' live at Download 2018.
⚡ 💀 💕 / 👍 So wigglez does a 'Gimme Chocolate!!' reaction. He gets a bunch of recommendations for 'Rondo of Nightmare', a ton of 'Road of Resistance' suggestions, and a few other scattered song choices, including one for 'iine!'. Naturally he goes with that last one. At this point, I'm not sure who's trolling who. : ) You had more fun listening to this one, so that's cool. BTW, the only official BABYMETAL video with subtitles is 'THE ONE'. Just to save you some clicking.
Bah. I don't know why everybody says Rondo and Road. They aren't in my top 10 Babymetal songs. Line is better. Probably my favorite is Catch Me If You Can.
@@Jordan-Ramses humm...Line...which song is that? Oh right..you mean iine. LoL. Road of Resistance and Rondo of Nightmare are suggested to "New" reactors as a way of showing a bit of the other side of Babymetal vs the super-poppy songs like Gimme Chocolate and Iine. It's almost Tradition and fits in line with the Babymetal ethos; Juxtaposition. Show them one side, then hit them with the other. It's how fans are made. And keep in mind, you have been through the catalog and have made your choices as a "Fan". New people, i.e. potential "Fans" still need the hook so they stick around long enough to decide for themselves which songs they like best. Enjoy and... Put your Kitsune UP!! Po!
It's awesome that you have decided to continue your Babymetal journey. If you keep at it, you will discover how diverse Babymetal's sound can be. I recommend Karate, the official music video. I would agree that Babymetal is best viewed during a live performance, such as Road of Resistance live in Japan, but the Karate MV is a really good one.
Pirate, progressive, thrash, djent, symphonic, speed, black, etc. metal mashed with EDM, country, jazz, calypso, ragtime, Bollywood, and of course Jpop.
This is the most important song in history. As you may remember, the world should have ended in Dec. 2012. Luckily this song was created beforehand and we got another chance.
I can't stop laughing. I realy like Iine, but to sugest someone who didn't know Babymetal and didn't like Gimme Chocolate this song is trolling at a very high level ;) . Babymetal isn't for every one and i doubt it will ever be a thing for you. But if you wana see somethng that has a chance to impress you, I would sugest to go for Road of Resistance or Rondo of Nightmare. If you wana see a "real" metal perfomance from BM, then go for Babymetal Death @ Legend 97
First of all, you have the right idea at 3:20 of your video. Expect the unexpected with Babymetal. Whatever they do it's best to just roll with it. Go along for the ride and let yourself have some fun with it. It's always awkward telling new listeners, "Listen to this song but don't listen to that song." It sounds like cherry picking but there is a reason behind it. They do so many different things with the genre mashing and all those different aspects of them appeal to different people. So different people have different 'entry points' into Babymetal. Once you go in through the proper entry point, you will understand and like the rest of what they do. Gimme choco and Iine (ee-neh) do not seem like good entry points for you. Rondo of Nightmare and Road of Resistance do. I'm not sure that made any sense but you will know what I mean eventually lol. Anyway, I'm happy you liked Iine ok though.
Ok... You seemingly have decided (against all recommendations) to put the cart before the horse. Well... Then let's do it right and continue with "Uki Uki Midnight" and "Oh! Majinai" and we have covered all of the oddities in their discography (of 40+ tracks so far)...
See wigg ? Mix blenddddddd very wellllll..weird but in the great wayyyyy :D..very unique..you got the vibe dudeeee hehe Next try Road of Resistance Live Legend 1997, Headbangggeeerrrrrrrrrrrrr also Live Legend 1997, Ijime Dame Zettai live at Sonispehere UK 2014, Karate live at Download UK 2016..those are great performance IMO
I’m trying to figure this out with you, wigglez. I’m curious about the video everyone keeps suggesting, “Road of Resistance”?? Maybe watch that one next I guess?? 🤷🏼♀️
iine was a very early and extremely poppy tune. Something harder.... BABYMETAL - Road of Resistance - Live in Japan (OFFICIAL) ruclips.net/video/zTEYUFgLveY/видео.html
Hey, I can see that you are now getting it...lol I can see it in your eyes that you start liking their music... Let’s give them another chance to enlighten you!!
Wow you really picking the old stuff fun stuff but they have progressed so far beyond this Road of resistance I just don’t think you’re going to experience what the comments reflect with out seeing them live with the Kami band. The band you saw on Gimme chocolate was not a real band . When you see them with the Kami band maybe it won’t be your thing but you will at least see what the hype is really all about

What's wrong with WTF reactions? Isn't that what we're here for? LOL

What a come back. If you go through "Give me chocolate" and "iine" down time, you are fine now.

Probably their weirdest song but I love it!
I think you got trolled :P rofl :D Really wish for you to get a sense of the scope of this band, and so "Road of Resistance" is the suggest !!!!!
Not bad considering they were not even in there teens yet if they did this now the fans would go nuts ( in a good way ) . 🤘😁🤘
Out of the frying pan and into the fire! WTF to WTF Plus, lol. Love Iine and it has the best drop in all of music, but it's a lot for a skeptic.
Thanks You! BabyMetal is amazing...but Live is better! (Except Megitzune vídeo clip)

I would have never recommended this, because it's not a good choice. But sorry I did LOL
Lol. Babymetal is psychotic
