@@shalum4068 what are you even talking about? Fyi the fire killed directors and artists thus ruining the future of a lot of creative works. It doesn't take a lot of brain to know that by alluding to one I'm alluding to other. Do I need to say I hope they rest in peace which I've already done years ago when it happened and for you to be satisfied like who are you? Some of y'all really just can't think. Where did I say or imply that I feel bad just cause of the animes? It's a statement and fact that because the fire happened by some jealous person, a lot of lives and families were ruined and thus many creative works also ruined. The fire killed around 30+ people, injured 30+ people and all the materials and works were destroyed which were the lifeblood of so many creators. It was the deadliest massacre since ww2 in Japan. Obviously it's awful and as a creator myself seeing my creations being destroyed is like having my flesh being cut off since they are my babies so I sympathize on that part too. A lot of the victims still have lasting effects and trauma from the incident. Kyoto animation is one of the major anime studios and the origin of a lot of legendary animes like The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Inuyasha, Clannad, K-on etc. Both of the directors and staff of those HS and Inuyasha shows were killed if I remember correctly. The fire happened in 2019 and this is the studio that also released Violet Evergarden which is another legendary anime so you should know how big and talented they are and the fact that there was so much loss because of a criminal...My original comment was just trying to explain why there is not another season and I didn't want to go into detail so I just said that a) there was a fire, b) the director died and c) a lot of creations never got a second season cause of it. Just simply explaining the cause and effect without being too emotional like you and every other gen z is nowadays is just difficult without being attacked sigh. Not everyone wants to cry and reflect emotions on the internet like you guys. I might be gen z but that doesn't mean I don't care about human life but what does talking about it on the net even do
@just a guy who watches anime and all that yes then that's my mistake. That's why I said if I remember in my original comment. My second comment is more towards me having to explain the fire and that I do feel bad for the loss of life which is sad that I have to even explain that especially to strangers who don't know me. I think I remember the real reason now. The anime got good reception but the sales of the manga in the latter half were low (high school arc was the best tbh) and the manga ended years after the first season so it never got around to the second season. They can do one now but I feel like it would be a complete reboot/remake like Fruits Basket. The new Fruits Basket is good but I'm way too attached to the original Maid Sama so if there's a new remake, it would be very different from the original

@@bishamoon_ it's easy to get used to remember that you read right to left from the top but essentially its following the first box on the right, if it's a long horizontal box you read that from the top first finish the box and move to the left up top again. You can also borrow it from a library if your in the US digitally. That's how I got it.

You might be right about that. In all defense my statement was only due to my comparison of 'Wolf prince' (which is highly toxic) and this anime. I am well aware that there are scenes in this anime that can be ruled out as toxic or as unhealthy, but like it or not these type of things are prevalent in rom-co anime's. Obviously what you mentioned above is correct and with all due respect I thank you for pointing out my negligence.
@@janedeniz2926 I was in elementary school when this anime came out. I watched it in Animax. After saw the scene where u pointed Usui's actions towards Misaki, all I can think about is how roManTiC it is. I got tickled whenever I saw some 'forcing' scenes like that, but not until I grew up and learned more about sexual harassment. Damn, I realized that it's so disgusting. I took a long time to analyze myself and be aware that I used to love to romanticize such a thing. I feel bad for myself back then lol. But yeah I do agree with you. Even tho their love stories are cute and hilarious besides the good plots, I just can't see Usui the same way anymore 😅
