Those cutting tape came pretty useful, I've watched a lot of wrapping videos and have never seen someone use them before. Great job with the color scheme btw, that gold blends really nice with the grey!
The tape made all the edges very clean and straight, would not have looked very good using anything else to cut it out. Thanks! Can't wait to get some more colors on it!
I think it would have looked better with the stripe being along the flat portion of the roof groove rather than trimmed up at the edge. It looks odd curved upwards in my opinion. Anyway this is an old video, so I hope you guys still have your Evora.
Yeah that could have been a way to do it! And no I don't have this car anymore! I sold it for an Audi R8 and now am on my second R8! It's so much more fun! The Evora is a cool car for sure, but I don't really miss it now!
We tried the mirrors, but we could not get the bottom to stop wrinkling. It was a tough stretch to get everything covered, and the final bottom edge couldn't handle it unfortunately.
Not really a fan of the color or the stripe, but excellent work on wrapping it though that's pretty time consuming. And I wouldn't recommend doing this if you have OCD like me.. I would die even if it's 1mm off centered :(
I would go Satin black body, matte carbon roof, matte carbon mirrors and spoiler. Black out the front Amber indicator lights, and black out the fender side markers.. I like the stealth look lol I don't like attracting attention from people and cops. Good luck with your decision man I'm sure it'll be nice whichever way
I feel like the stripe on the hood is totally unequal, is that just me? Like you have a part that's covered by the wrap on the right but not on the left, I can't stop looking at it!

I started to follow your channel, because I'm fan of the Lotus Evora , this is how I arrive and I also follow another channel, they are restoring a Evora, is called "B is for Build" , and they can not get a replacement roof, A crazy idea came to me, maybe you could do a collaboration with B is for Build and make a fiberglass roof using as a mold the roof of your Evora . Just a thought. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Well as i said , it's just an idea, I know he is not local, He is from Oregon, but needs a roof and cant get one , maybe you can contact him , I wrote the same idea in his instagram, just a crazy idea, again I apologize if I bother you.

I like the color choice for the stripe. It reminds me of the old John Players Special editions of the Esprits and Europa's, and of course the F1 cars.

The tail lights is some what of an easy project, you could do a nice silver to match your wheels!

Thanks! Just buy a roll on Amazon and a squeegee and give it a try. For about $15 you can get a roll 1ft X 5ft and a squeegee

Nope it's an even line on both sides, may just be the reflection of the sun you are seeing.

It's definitely equal. We measured the sides afterwards and everything comes out nearly perfect.

How fast is the evora
it goes 180 mph but the 2017 lotus goes 200 mph
The base I've seen goes 165 and the S is 185, haven't seen anything say it'll hit 200 yet
