To be able to be right there, at Gransfors Bruks, and be able to make your very own axe, is truly amazing. I remember my first purchased Gransfors ax, the small forest ax, I was like a kid at Christmas, I can't imagine the feeling you boys have being there, making your very own ax! WOW!!
You have a full heart my friend when Mama and the kids are on your mind when so much is going on. Love ya buddy. Cheers to everyone here, have a great week! Things are getting better here in western Montana as our first good snow has put a hurt on most of our fires. Crooner
looks like a very nice place to be. alot of hand work and good old iron presses still doing thier work. that broad head i bet would be a beauty to swing and cut wood like a charm. thank you buckin for taking us with. stay safe.
You fellas are a blast to watch out there!! This trip is definitely something that you will both remember for a long time!! Love to you and the family❤️
This has been such a fabulous journey you've helped us to be apart of bbr. Thank you again and thank you to all of the people that helped get this off the ground.
I just my first Gransfors large splitting axe this past winter. It's an amazing piece of craftsmanship and function. It feels magical in the hands. It also stays in the house when not in use 😊!
Buckin that's one sweet tomahawk you made! The Buckin Extra Speciale No. 0, glad you gave it the monogram treatment. You should wear it on your belt, could become your new letter opener, window de-icer, sandwich chopper and all around belt carry emergency spoon carver. Great trip and finish, thanks for sharing it musta been hard to step away from the forge to keep the GoPro fed so gracias for everything and we'll done Tim or should we just call you.... BULLSEYE.
Excellant trip you shared Billy-Ray & Tim Much appreciated, 'Ole-Shankster ain't too shabby at the Axe-Throwing Eh ? Very Happy fer ya's Hay, Newb's & Blues wasn't this a trip of a Lifetime ? Happy Trails From The East Coast ATB Ter God Bless
The English are World renowned Master Forge Smiths! I believe they still make the forged engine block for Ford trucks . correct if I'm wrong but i have old tools from my Grand Dad when if it wasnt from England it was crap!
How much fun are you guys having? You both look like you are in 7th heaven. Really enjoying the travel log B. Tim seems like a perfect companion. Such a nice spoken gentleman. Let's do Bocca when you get back for one of their cookies and you can tell me about your high points.
