    Whats the average rent studio/1b in a safe area in Denver

      Here's the average 1 BR rents in the 3 places discussed in the video. All pretty safe:
      Cap Hill: $1,254
      Hampden: $1,410
      WVV: $1,233
      It depends on the place, but studios are usually a few hundred dollars cheaper than that.
