    Hi CY, I appreciate your's skills, love and professionalism, I'll love coffee.
    By the way I recently bought the smeg machine after many reviews I decide for this one, I'll love to know your opinion. and also your suggestion regarding breville, sage, and smeg please thank you and my congratulations for your channel

      They are all good in their own ways. But what wins for me on the SMEG EGF03 is 58mm portafilter and a decent built-in conical grinder.

    Cool video! Can’t really see, but it looks like the pressure gauge isn’t numbered 🤔
    Hope I’m wrong cause it’s be pretty dumb and useless. Any idea how many bars of pressure it brews espresso at?

    Dialing in is limited to exclude grind size, which can be a niggling factor for some.

    I am disappointed in breville touch impress due to not hot enough coffee and watery taste. You think this can be a better option?

    • @CaffeMartellaSingapore
      @CaffeMartellaSingapore  6 месяцев назад +4

      The SMEG EGF03 is definitely better than the barista express, barista pro, barista touch versions from Breville.

      May I ask what makes you think so? I know the build quality is amazing but i notice it makes bitter coffee.

      Adjust the temperature to be lower and choose a medium to medium light roast coffee. The fact that it has 2 thermal block is a win for me and also the grinder always produce fluffy ground.

      Actually there are 2 variables only on this machine, grind setting beng the most impt and 2ndly is the temperature bit the latter affects taste more than flow rate.

    the wpm 310gb for about the same price maybe 30-40 dollars more. triple thermoblock, metal body

    • @CaffeMartellaSingapore
      @CaffeMartellaSingapore  7 месяцев назад

      yeah maybe. I would prefer to get a machine with thermal block for espresso and boiler for steaming. Like my Quick Mill Sunny and built in flow control.

      its true at that price.point.WPM is a good choice.

      It grind coffee and makes espresso and froth milk. Basically that's the function. And this machine does it quite well and has the look as well.

      @@CaffeMartellaSingapore interesting - on their site they advertise with what looks very much like a pressurised basket. But that's good - weird that you got so much foam though, in that case

    • @CaffeMartellaSingapore
      @CaffeMartellaSingapore  Месяц назад

      Depends on the beans, freshness and whether it has rubusta. I can't remember whether this blend has rubusta in it. If not, it should be a fairly recent roast which explains the good crema.
