- Welcome to Full Time with Meg Linehan, a show about women's soccer.
In this episode, the theme of the day is change as Meg and Tamerra talk about Chicago's rebranding moves and the generational handover currently occurring throughout the NWSL and the USWNT. To help fill out the picture on what's going on with Chicago, they are joined by Steph Yang and Sandra Herrera. Steph recently spoke with executives in Chicago ahead of the branding launch, and Sandra is a born and raised Chicagoan with deep ties to the NWSL.
Finally, Meg and Tamerra ask what will be next for the NWSL, the USWNT, and the current generation of players as we see an influx of retirements, starting with Julie Ertz and Megan Rapinoe to Kelley O'Hara's on October 20th.

That Sanchez note at the end is gold!
What about Trin as that dog? I love how hard she plays
For you to discuss the new leader and superstar roll without even mentioning LIndsey Horan is outright ridiculous. She is a starting midfielder for the historically best team in Europe. She's played 90 minutes in 2 Champion's league finals. She was made captain and given the 10 shirt immediately upon arrival of Vlatko, and by Emma Hayes, arguably the best coach in the world. She is a world champion. She does most of the USWNT interviews and has for at least 2 years. What is your problem with her. Bet I know.
"Bet I know." What do you mean?
