To be honest, I’m not even a big GTR fan but I am going to love these videos and I’m genuinely extremely excited for what’s to come. This is something so out of the norm for you Mike and I feel like that can help you with bringing in more viewers. This a a sick pickup for the channel

Initially I would set against it, but I'm glad to see a change.
Takes me back a few years ago, I was with the GTR club of San Diego on a road trip. Over 30 GTRs driving from San Diego to LA to see Dominic Toretto's house, I was the only one in the group not driving a GTR.
They invited me along because I was the oddball and I was friendly, I was driving my 2013 GT500, all black. The rims and the badges all professionally painted gloss black, glass and lights all tinted black. I was faster than some of them, slower than some of them, it was hilarious to see a huge group of GTRs going along with a mustang in the middle. They liked placing my car either at the end of the line, or in the middle of the pack for a photoshoot. Snake surrounded by Kaiju.
I think they liked having a Cobra among them, it was the wild card, the party crasher, the red headed stepchild. I liked to say I felt like Dominic Toretto, except without the muscles, and I have hair.
They really impressed me when we were leaving the sushi restaurant, I was in the middle of the pack waiting my turn to exit onto the street. Being the only real-wheel drive, I didn't waste the opportunity and I pulled a perfect power slide when I pulled out onto the street. My new friends couldn't do the same maneuver, but they did rev their engines and spit some flames in approval. It was like East and West giving a high five. Man but I miss it.
I got to say, I know the fan base of the car gets a bad rep, because of all the immature kids. But I love the car, I love the people who own them, and I think things will only get better as the fan base gets older.
Mark 4 Supra was always my favorite import, but since that is priced out of my range, I might just end up getting a GTR for my second car. If I can't row my own gears, I might as well get the fastest computer there is.

You just made the best choice in the GTR. Only folks who know the true potential and can exert that keep these things. At 1200hp if your scarred of speed or other issues it usually isn't for you. They do get swirly at high speeds due to how they put power. Good buy!!

Definitely get an enclosed trailer. Not only are they super useful, its another garage to keep shit out of the weather.

Not crazy about the car, but I am invested in you! Seriously the content is great and tbh it is probably one of the best platforms out there. When you said the car in the middle and I saw that R8 I was excited cuz that is my favorite supercar. But who knows maybe the GTR will make for the best content cuz honestly what else can you really do as far as cars go? I will not lie ill miss the v8 chop when your making content with the GTR but whatever just can’t wait for new content buddy!

I’m surprised! GT-R has been kinda played out on RUclips. Cool car to me this is like a C8 Corvette which I own, awesome car but well played out online. What about a GT4 or an R8 10 cylinder?
After this or if you don't like it, you really should try going for some sedans and wagons. First off should be the Cadillac CTS-V wagon or sedan, then the CT5-V Blackwing (the last V8 with manual from Caddy), then maybe back to a Corvette with the Calloway Aerowagon Corvette, followed by a Chevy SS Sedan, then maybe look at some other nationalities. Also could combine sports car and trucks. Maybe buy and build up a Silverado SS. Stock they have a 0-60 of 6.3 seconds with 345hp. See if you can make that in the 3 second range. Of coarse you also have the Hellcat powered Track Hawk you could play with.

As a Floridian, you snow birds are not prepared for the grind of living in 105 degrees 9 months out of the year 😂 I’ve lived in Jacksonville my whole life and even I get jealous of SEASONAL weather up north. It’s literally just summer year round down here.

Hey Mike. Congrats on the new toy. I'm not much of a tuner car fan as I grew up around muscle cars and hot rods, but whatever makes you happy. You need to call out Cleetus and the rat rod Supra to see what the GTR can do. Also, if I win the Duramax, can you put some real tires on on it instead of those rubber band things?
