Original approach ... quite fascinating as a substitute for wheat bread ... thanks for these recipes giving the proportions of the various ingredients -- splendid. May i suggest Moringa powder as a possible alternative for the Matcha tea ..

I’ve used refried beans for bean bread. It’s delicious but it’s heavier than regular bread. I like to pair it with steaks seasoned generously with Montreal steak seasoning. I call it it Lightning steaks and Thunder cakes.
