The Anxiety Prone Personality

There are certain personality types and traits that are prone to anxiety and these are anxious times. In this video I am going to talk about the personal types and traits that make people prone to anxiety and then I will talk about what you can do about it.
Anxiety prone personality types and traits include those Type A individuals (highly driven and sometimes overly structured) and those who have an external locus of control (my behavior and view is influenced by the outside world and not my own decisions). There are certain personality factors that make an individual prone to anxiety and mental health disorders. We’re going to talk about the Five Factor Model.
The personality types that make up the Five Factor Model include: Openness to Experience, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism.
