- Hey guys what a treat this was to do. Please excuse my pi$$ poor editing it was my first time using the the app but I think it turned out ok (I’m sure you’ll let me know). I do love the Bintac airguns and especially the fact that the m50 can shoot slugs and arrows both is like eating your cake and the icing too lol but that s45 is freakin awesome. If I had one negative on these is how hard the bolt closes on the m50. That may mean it just needs a hair smaller round 🤔. Anyway great video

Finally. all I want to see is the aea max do some damage that's all I care to see I want to see the 50 cal and 45 Cal and as many different slugs as you can test ballistics the whole nine.

Hold up.....you only got 659fps with a 300 gr slug on a 22 inch barrel? the 13 inch barrel on the original HP Max 50 had more FPS than that. Something is not right. The M50 was advertised to reach up to 400fpe and above. Did you fill it up to the full 300 bar?
Yes something's definitely wrong! That's the whole reason I've been holding off from buying the HP Max because of the short barrel😕 I think I'm gonna stick with my Challenger Big 9/357 bullpup because it has a hell-of-a lot more power than these. Hell I'm getting 1005fps out of my Big 9/357 shooting the 174gn powder coated boat tails. I'm so glad i decided to try powder coating slugs because it makes a really BIG difference in performance!👍👍👍👍👍
@@catherineharris4746 Some thing wrong or he is not filling to 4500 psi. because both guns are low I would bet not filled to 4500
They weren’t filled completely, maybe 4000 psi or less…more videos coming soon!

I need to do more videos and with consistent ammo but it was in the high 700’s giving me around 200 fpe…it should do more but I haven’t had a chance to shoot it since this video
@@Mootzshootz would u recommend this particular rifle for an avid deer 🦌 hunter like myself , I want a rifle that's dependable, reliable and accurate with slugs out to 100-200 yds max ... I've never owned a big bore pcp before and I want to make my first purchase count and have no regrets in the field ! I live in N.C. where caliber for deer hunting is not regulated , u can hunt with any caliber to best of. Y knowledge & research ! I would live to have a pcp rifle that shoots slugs & air bolts as the M50 does but I would be open to any pcp and caliber that is recommend for 100-200 yrd head & neck shots from a pcp ... I am a compound 🏹 & crossbow hunter & I really want to try out the pcp rifles because I don't care for firearm hunting but I've had alot of situations that I could have killed alot nice bucks with a firearm , so I wanted to go the pcp air rifle route & give that a shot & it seems like it would be more of a challenge like the archery hunting aspect of hunting ! I like the thrill of the hunt and challenge of archery and I believe pcp will give me that challenge I seek also but a lil more range and more possibilities in the woods / field ... I'm a saddle hunter so I want a pcp that I can maneuver and it will be a easy gun to handle while saddle hunting and I can reach out a lil further than I can with my crossbow & compound... what pcp brand & caliber would you recommend for accurately shooting a deer in the head at 100-200 yds ? I know the .72caliber zues is a beast but I want something that not so heavy & long ! I like the AEA'S & I like the UMEREX HAMMER .50 CAL ... I want a light rifle that I can shoot a deer in head at 150 yds no problem, I don't care about knock down power , I just care that it has the energy to penetrate a deer skull and I want it to be able to pass threw the head or neck at that distance no matter the caliber ijust want accuracy and enough energy to do the job at that range , so any recommendations I am all ears so to speak ....

I didn’t have my pump only my carbon fiber bottle so it probably didn’t fill all the way to 4500…another video soon!

Ammo was too heavy and too big for barrel…300 grain .498 cal, these need 495 and would be sweet in 250 grain weight…I will be toying with some ammo soon for better results

I don’t believe I was up to 4500 maybe more like 4000
I thought the s45 was rated for about 300 f/lbs with 200 grain.... You were only getting a little over half that rating.
If it's full at 4500PSI it will hit around 300

I don’t believe I was at optimal pressure, I was using my scba bottle to fill and I don’t think it was at 4500 more like 4000 or less…more videos coming!

It is the same gun but rebranded with a longer barrel…I didn’t realize it until I saw them both right next to each other, it is a bit disappointing, I should have just stuck with the hp max 50. Same
Gun. Also you can see the b&w logo on the left side of the gun near the grip. And yes I was the first person in the USA to have the M50 and this is the first video of it.
My research the only difference between the two guns the Max and the M50 is 22 inch barrel over a 13-in barrel and it's $100 more I'm not sure if that's worth extra asking price???
