Studying Leviticus now, in Feb of 2023, and the fight we’re in is very similar: clean vs unclean is now vaccinated vs unvaccinated. With all the information coming to light the unvaccinated just may become the ones who are actually clean but the stigma will be a most difficult one for the minds of the people to flip because reinstating unvaccinated into the community as clean flips the vaccinated to tainted. It’s one thing to accept a group back into the fold but quite another to then oust yourself.
Would the same process apply to a preacher or priest in the instance of infidelity? Should he be able to lead again?
